Privacy Policy

What we collect

• If you join the waitlist: your email, name, company name, and IP address (used only to prevent spam signups).
• If you have an account: your email address and the nickname you choose. Everything else — objectives, key results, check-ins, tasks — is content you create to use the product.
• Basic analytics: aggregate, cookieless visit data via Plausible (see below).

Analytics

We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how the app is used in aggregate — things like how many people visited today and which pages they came from.

Plausible doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across sites, and doesn't collect personally identifiable information. There's no user ID, no fingerprinting, and no data sold to third parties. You can read more about their approach at plausible.io .

How we use what we collect

• To run the product: log you in, show you your own data, and nothing else.
• To let you know when the app opens up, if you're on the waitlist.
• To keep bots and abuse off the login, registration, and waitlist forms — this briefly uses your IP address to rate-limit repeated requests; it isn't stored beyond that, except the IP recorded with a waitlist signup, kept for spam-prevention.

Who sees it

Your data stays within Sprytna OKRs. Two exceptions, both just to make the product work: Resend delivers our login/confirmation emails, and Fly.io hosts the app and its database.

We don't sell or share your data with anyone for marketing, and we don't use it for anything beyond running this app.
