How it works

Objectives and key results, tracked without a spreadsheet. Five steps, start to finish.
1

Plan a cycle

Start a cycle with a name, mission, and start/end dates. Add objectives, then the key results that define what "done" looks like for each one.

2

See progress at a glance

The dashboard shows the whole cycle's progress and every key result as a card, color-coded by how close it is to on track.

3

Check in

Score each key result from 0–10 and leave a note — bold, links, and lists are all supported — so teammates have the context behind the number.

4

Track tasks

Add tasks, assign an owner and due date, and link them to the key result they support so the work and the goal stay connected.

5

Close the cycle

When a cycle ends, close it out: objectives complete on every key result stay behind, everything else carries into the next cycle at its current score.
